- Megan, TVA consents to the motion, but would like to discuss it further. Would you all be available to have a call on Thursday afternoon sometime between 12:00 and 1:00 or sometime on Friday between 11:00 and 1:30 to talk through your thoughts on the approach as to including the motion to dismiss Contention 2 in the June 15 response rather than filing a consent motion to dismiss and request not to rule on the motion to dismiss by the Boards current deadline. It might make sense for the parties to take a consistent approach.

Consultation re: Clinch River TVA External Message. Please use caution when opening.
- Blake, Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.323, wed like to consult with you on a Motion we plan to file with the Board regarding admitted Contention 2 in the Clinch River proceeding. We intend to argue in our Answer to Intervenors Motion to Admit New or Amended Contentions that Contention 2 is moot and should be dismissed by the Board. As such, the Answer and the Motion will be included in one document. We anticipate that the Board would address such a motion concurrently along with contention admissibility.
Does TVA have a position on Staffs proposed Motion?
