The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your (2) emails dated May 15 and 25, 2018, transmitting the New York State Department of Health proposed regulations to 10 CFR Parts 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 39, 40, 70, and 71 (RATS IDs 1995-5, 1995-7, 1998-1,1998-4, 1998-5, 2002-1, 2002-2, 2006-1, 2007-1, 2007-2, 2012-3, 2012-4, 2013-1, 2013-2, 2015-3, 2015-4 and 2015-5). The review has been assigned to Sarah Lopas and I, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
