ISSUANCE OF AMENDED REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE NR-1302-D-101-B
Dear Mr. Mallon:
This is in response to the Endress + Hauser, Inc. letter dated January 8, 2018. The letter requested an amendment to registration certificate NR-1302-D-101-B to include the FQG66 Series of fixed gauges, add additional actuators used in the FQG61 and FQG62 Series, and notified the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission that Endress + Hauser, Inc. discontinued the distribution of its QG 2000 series. We have completed our review of your request, a copy of the amended registration NR-1302-D-101-B is enclosed.
You must manufacture and distribute the product in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificate. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificate before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificate.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing if you decide to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
