Page Changes to the UUSA Standard Practice Procedure Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter (SPPP) at URENCO USA In accordance with 10 CFR 95.19(b ), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), LLC, dba UREN CO USA (UUSA) is required to submit minor, non-substantive changes to the UUSA Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP) to the NRC within 30 days of implementation of such changes.
SPPP Rev 15c was implemented by UUSA on May 21, 2018.
Attached, as Enclosure 1, are the marked up pages of the UUSA SPPP. Strikethroughs and underlines were utilized.
The UUSA SPPP contains security information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability. Therefore, LES requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.
