AMENDED.NOTICE OF DEPOSITION 2/2/81 On January 13, 1981, the NRG Staff gave notice that it would depose Fred Leckie on Febru.ary 2, 1981.
As Mr. Leckie, his counsel, and Consumers are aware, the deposition has been rescheduled for February 9, 1981.
Mr.
Leckie has been directed to appear for deposition by virtue of the subpoena issued by the Administrative Law Judge on January 22, 1981.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740a., notice is hereby given that the deposition of Fred Leckie will occur on February 9, 1981, at 9:30 a.m. at 1225 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio.
The deposition will concern matters related to Mr.
Leckie 1s activities in filter testing and replacement at the Palisades Nu-clear Power Facility. The deposition will be conducted before Barbara Kirschner, a notary public of the State of Ohio, c/o Lord Reporting Service, Suite 212, The Oliver Buildings, 5300 Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43213.
