VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 2 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION REPORT Serial No.93-209 NLJRPC Docket No.
50-281 License No. DPR-37 Planned inservice inspection of the Surry Unit 2 "B" steam generator was completed during the 1993 refueling outage. In accordance with Surry Power Station Technical Specifications, Section 4.19.F.a, this letter provides notification of the steam generator tubes that were plugged during the outage. In steam generator "B," two tubes (Row 40/Col 60 & Row 33/Col 63) were plugged as a precautionary measure.
