DPR-32 DPR-37 Virginia Power advised the NRC during a Configuration Management Project Update on March 15, 1991 that the component labeling portion of the project was scheduled for completion by the end of the first quarter of 1993. The projected completion of this project is now scheduled for July 1993.
The scope of the component labeling project presently encompasses nearly 60,000 plant labels. Approximately 37,000 labels have now been installed, including the Emergency Operating Procedure related labeling items identified in Appendices B and D of NRC Inspection Report 50-280 & 50-281/90-09. An additional 11,000 labels are expected to be installed during the current Unit 2 refueling outage.
We are also developing a procedurally controlled program to address any remaining labeling issues from the project scope and future routine station labeling requirements (i.e., those associated with plant modifications and operational activities).
This program will be in place by July 1993 when the component labeling project ends.
