SUMMARY

This letter refers to the Management Meeting held on July 31, 1992, at the Region II office. The meeting concerned ~everal topics involving both Surry and North Anna, including operations and key indicators, the surveillance and updated final safety analysis reviews, and the precursor trending program.

The primary discussion involved the North Anna steam generator replacement effort and also a new program to track and trend personnel errors at North Anna.

The meeting was beneficial in providing Region II management with your progress in these areas. A list of attendees and a copy of your steam generator replacement handout are enclosed.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a c~py of this letter and its enclo-sures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
