STATUS OF RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 90-03 92-423 50-280 50-281 50-338 50-339 DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 NPF-7 Generic Letter 90-03, dated March 20, 1990, required that vendor interface programs be reviewed to assure that the requirements of the generic letter are met.
Our response of September 25, 1990 stated that the review of Virginia Electric and Power Company's vendor interface program had been completed and that certain administrative procedures which control these interfaces were scheduled to be upgraded by September 30, 1991.
At the request of the NRC Project Manager (B. C. Buckley), this letter is forwarded to confirm that the vendor interface procedure upgrades were completed as scheduled in September 1991. The Virginia Electric and Power Company's vendor information program meets the requirements of Generic Letter 90-03. Periodic assessment of this program is performed by the Quality Assurance department.
