SUMMARY
REPORT FOR THE 1992 REFUELING OUTAGE Serial No.92-380 NURPC Docket No. 50-280 License No. DPR-32 As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI, paragraph IWA-6230, enclosed is the lnservice Inspection Report for Surry Power Station Unit 1 for the 1992 refueling outage. This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage to satisfy the requirements for the second inservice inspection interval.
In accordance with IWA-6220 of the 1980 Edition of ASME Section XI, Winter 1980 Addenda, a Form NIS-1, Owner's Report for lnservice Inspections, is provided with this report as Attachment I and the NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Reports of Repair and Replacement, are provided as Attachment II.
Should you require more detailed information, the entire report will be maintained on file at the station and the corporate office.
