VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION REPORT Serial No.92-290 NURPC Docket No.
50-280 License No. DPR-32 Planned inservice inspection of the Surry Unit 1 "A" and "B" steam generators was completed during the 1992 refueling outage. In accordance with Surry Power Station Technical Specifications, Section 4.19.F.a, this letter provides notification of the steam generator tubes that were plugged during the outage.
In steam generator "A," two tubes (Row 13/Col 20 & Row 28/Col 41) were plugged as a precautionary measure. No tubes were plugged in steam generator "B" during the 1992 refueling outage.
