DPR-32 DPR-37 In NRC Generic Letter (GL) 91-14 issued September 23, 1991, Enclosure 2, Licensee Support for Upgrade to the Emergency Telecommuncations System, described the licensee efforts that may be required, and the various factors which affect the required work concerning the installation and use of the Federal Telecommunications System (FTS) 2000 network for emergency telecommunications. It is our understanding that the ninety day schedule would be initiated upon receipt of the FTS 2000 service.
