This is in response to your letter dated November 15, 1991, regarding participation in a public forum to discuss issues regarding Surry. As discussed in a telephone conversation between Mr. Sinkule and other members of my staff on November 19, 1991, and you, we have declined to attend the meeting in Williamsburg, Virginia on November 20, 1991.
We have conducted a public exit meeting on November 6, 1991, on the results of inspections regarding the flooding issue to which you made reference in your letter.
Another public meetirtg is scheduled on November 21, 1991, at our headquarters (White Flint) building in Rockville, Maryland with Virginia Power Company representatives to discuss this issue, and you and other members of the public are invited to attend.
Additionally, a News Conference is scheduled by Chairman Selin on November 29, 1991, at the Surry site.
