This refers to the inspection conducted by D. A. Seymour of this office on
September 4-6, 1991, and subsequent telephone conversations between our
respective staffs on September 27, 30, and October 4, 1991.
The inspection
included a review of activities authorized for your Surry facility.
At the
conclusion ~f the inspection, the findings were disc~ssed with those members
of your staff identified in ~he report.
Areas examined during_ the inspection are identified in the report.
