VPDES PERMIT Gentlemen:
Innsbrook Technical Center 5000 Dominion Boulevard Glen Allen, Virginia 23060 VIRGINIA POWER For your information, attached is a copy of the new permit for discharges to state waters from the Surry Power Station recently issued by the Virginia Water Control Board.
Monitoring and reporting requirements under the new permit are in effect as of the month of October 1991, with the first monthly report under the permit due by November 10, 1991.
