NRC GENERIC LETTER 89-10 1NSPECTION AT SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 DURING THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 18-22, 1991 This letter is to confirm the above dates for a Nuclear Regulatory Commission inspection at your Surry Power Station.
The inspection will examine the program you have developed in response to Generic Letter 89-10, "Safety-Related Motor-Operated Valve Testing and Surveillance".
The dates were agreed to during telephone conversations between Bill Benthall-of your staff and F. Jape of this office.
As discussed on September 20,, 1991, it is our understanding that you will forward tis the following information to aid' in preparing for the inspection:

A list of the valves in the program (if not already included in the program description requested in 1 aboVe)..

A list of the valves for which you have completed the design basis reviews.
