- The NRC administered. Requalification Retake exam.ination during the week of March 4, 1991, to employees of,your c~mpany who curiently hold licenses to*
operate the Surry Power Station. At-the conclusion of the examination, preliminary findings were discussed with.those members (?f your staff i dent i fi ed in. the enc 1 osed re'port.
Due to the ~mall sample size, no Requalification Program Evaluation was made.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,*a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Publit Document Room.
