AUGUST 1989 Listed below in chronological sequence by unit is a summary of operating experiences for this month which required load reductions or resulted in significant non-load related incidents.

UNIT ONE 08-17-89 08-17-89 08-28-89 08-31-89 0343 0445 Start ramp from 100%, 820 MW for CPB DP.

Stop ramp at 89%,

740 MW ramping down as needed to maintain CPB DP.

0710 Start ramp up form 86%, 705 MW, 0831 Unit at 100%, 820 MW.

0215 Ramp down to 99% for condenser vacuum waterbox out of service.

0455 Unit at 100%, 815 MW waterbox return to service.

2046 Start ramp from 100%,

810 MW for B & C Waterbox cleaning.

2214 Stop ramp at 80%, 645 MW.

2400 This reporting period ends with the Unit at 80% power.
