Virginia Electric and Power Company submitted changes to the updated Operational Quality Assurance Program Topical Report - VEP 1-5A. Several pages of Table 17.2.0 were not properly included from a previous update to the Topical Report. These changes to the quality assurance program description have previously been approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. A tabulation of changes and the errata pages are provided as attachments.to 'this letter. Please update our June 21, 1989 submittal accordingly.
