Our letter of December 21, 1988, committed to provide the requested information by April 3, 1989.
In a telephone conversation between Mr. B. C. Buckley of your staff and Mr. D. A. Sommers of my staff on March 21, 1989, we identified that although the evaluations supporting your request for information are progressing, we are unable to complete those evaluations and finalize a response by April 3, 1989.
We requested a schedule extension for submittal of the information.
This letter confirms the agreement of that telecon to reschedule submittal of the requested information on the service water system to May 5, 1989.
