(CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS ADDENDUM)
This refers to the addendum to the Inspection Report sent from this office by
letter dated January 18,- 1994, in which paragraph 16 had the incorrect Item
Numb~r listed for the exercise weakness identified in the report.
The enclosure should be substituted for pages 7 and 8 of the report as
previously corrected.
