VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 2 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION REPORT Serial No.95-118 NURPC Docket No.
50-281 License No. DPR-37 Planned inservice inspection of the Surry Unit 2 "A" steam generator was completed during the 1995 refueling outage. In accordance with Surry Power Station Technical Specifications, Section 4.19.F.a, this letter provides notification of the steam generator tubes that were plugged during the outage. Four tubes were plugged due to axially oriented indications, and one tube (R1-C59) was plugged as a precautionary measure due to a restriction at the tube sheet on the hot leg which prevented inspection of the area with a rotating pancake coil probe.
