INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-280/94-20 AND 50-281/94-20
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
Ronald F. Aiello on October 3-7, 1994.
The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Surry Power Station.
At the conclusion of the
inspection, the NRC discussed the findings with those members of your staff
identified in the report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and repreientative records, interviews with personnel and observation of
activities in progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Docu~ent Room.
