License Nos.94-565 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.55a(f)(5)(iv), Virginia Electric and Power Company is submitting changes to the third ten-year interval inservice testing program for Surry Units 1 and 2. These program changes include relief requests for Code requirements that are considered impractical. The changes to the programs, including a description and the basis for each change, are included as Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter.
The changes to the third interval inservice testing programs for Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2 have been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee.
