OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS COMPLETED TO IMPROVE THE FFD PROGRAM 1/1/94 THROUGH 6/30/94 Incorporated Fitness for Duty Contractor-Vendor Program Requirements with the Access Authorization Program into one Nuclear Access Requirements Document which is provided to contractors/vendors who require access to our sites.

Implemented a system where contractors/vendors are assigned a Continual Behavioral Observer prior to the granting of access.
