This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) inspection of your
Fitness For Duty Program conducted by William Tobin, Region II, on June 6-9,
1994. At the conclusion of the ins~ectidn, the results ~ere discussed at an
eiit meeting with those members of yout staff identifi~d in the enclosed
inspection report~
This inspection consisted of a selective review of your Fitness For Duty
. Progra~ to include the staff, ~ite implementation procedures, chemical testing
program, observation of.your Collettion and Testing Facilities and review of
pertinent records and reports.
Within the scope of this inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
