SURRY AND NORTH ANNA POWER STATIONS - ASME CODE INTERPRETATION AND RELIEF REQUEST PROCESS By letter dated May 2, 1994, Mr. William Russell, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, responded to your February 28, 1994 letter, relating to ASME Code interpretation and relief request process.
Inadvertently, our May 2, 1994, letter did not include the service list and was not distributed to the service list addressees.
The purpose of this letter is to correct this administrative error and to distribute both your February 28, 1994, and our May 2, 1994, letters to the service list.
