pertaining to corrective actions taken, or planned to be taken, as a result of
the exercise weakness identified during the Surry Power Station full
participation exercise on December 8, 1993.
We have evaluated your response
and found that your completed and planned corrective actions appear adequate
to resolve the exercise weakness.

corrective actions during future inspections.
