Section 1.1, pages 1.5 through 1.8: Acronyms and Abbreviations Updated and added various acronyms and abbreviations to accommodate use within text of the Plan.
Section 4.1, page 4.2:
Deleted "external contamination of personnel or personal effects" as an example of a minor accident since the event, "contaminated/injured persoimel," was eliminated as a Notification of Unusual Event (SPS Emergency Plan Rev. 38, per NRG Emergency Planning Branch Technical Position dated July 11, 1994).
Section 6, page 6.11:
Surry Power Station Remote Assembly Areas, Figure 6.1: Modified drawing to reflect new location of the Secondary Remote Assembly Area (SRAA). The SRAA is located on Route 10, southwest of the town of Surry, at the Surry Co'unty Parks and Recreation Community Center. This change is made pursuant to Surry County.
