MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE SURRY UNIT 2 - DOCKET NO. 50-281 Gentlemen:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. M. Bowling of your staff and Mr. G. Belisle of this office on March 27, 1995, concerning an enforcement conference which has been scheduled for April 24, 1995, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an apparent violation that resulted from operating Surry Unit 2 from June 24, 1994, to February 3, 1995, with all three pressurizer protection pressure transmitters being incorrectly calibrated. The location of the conference will be at 101 Marietta Street, N. W., Atlanta, Georgia, 29th Floor Conference Room.
Enforcement conferences are not normally open to the public. Selected enforcement conferences are designated as open for public observation in accordance with the Commission's trial program for conducting open enforcement conferences as discussed in the Federal Register, 57 FR 30762, July 10, 1992, and 59 FR 36796, July 19, 1994.
This enforcement conference was not designated as an open enforcement conference and is closed for public observation.
