50-280 License No. DPR-32 Planned inservice inspection of the Surry Unit 1 "C" steam generator was completed during the 1995 refueling outage. In accordance with Surry Power Station Technical Specifications, Section 4.19.F.a, this letter provides notification of the steam generator tube that was plugged during the outage. One tube (R38-C74) was plugged as a precautionary measure due to a concern with anti-vibration bar wear.
