Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
In your letter dated October 24, 1996, you stated that Boraflex is not used as a neutron absorber in the Surry spent fuel storage rack design.
Therefore, we are closing our review of the generic issue for Surry, Units 1 and 2.
By this letter we are closing Tac Nos. M96011 and M96012.
