SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS COMPLETED TO IMPROVE THE FFD PROGRAM 7/1/96 THROUGH 12/31/96 Virginia Electric and Power Company completed restructuring of the Nuclear Security and Administrative Services department in August 1996.
Three FFD Program administrative positions and two FFD technical positions were eliminated. The program is now streamlined with the three remaining FFD Program Administrators and the Supervisor-FFD Testing now reporting directly to the FFD Program Manager.
Otherwise, Virginia Electric and Power Company implemented no significant FFD Program changes during this reporting period.
