SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS COMPLETED TO IMPROVE THE FFD PROGRAM JANUARY 1 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1997 The Surry and North Anna Power Station FFD Administrators (FFDA) are being trained to perform the Corporate FFD Administrator function. (The Corporate FFDA has always been trained and qualified as a Station FFDA.)
Previously, two Corporate FFDAs ensured that all corporate duties would be performed if one FFDA was unavailable.
However, reengineering of the department resulted in the elimination of one Corporate FFDA position, resulting in the need to train the Station FFDAs to perform all FFD administrative functions, regardless of the location.
