Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
This letter is in regard to the Surry plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) model that you have provided the NRC in support of NRC's independent RI-ISi studies and development of a RI-ISi Regulatory Guidance document.
In the reference letters you requested "that this model not be used for other purposes."
However, you did not submit an affidavit as required by 10 CFR 2.790.
This letter is to inform you of our intention of placing the Surry PRA model on the docket and in the public document room in 30 days from the date of this letter. If your PRA model contains proprietary information, please submit an affidavit as required by 10 CFR 2.790 within the 30 days.
We will review your proposed claim and inform you of our acceptance or rejection of your claim.
