Serial No.97-405 NL&OS/ET_S Docket Nos. 50-280 50-281 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 On November 14, 1996, Virginia Electric and Power submitted Revision. 27 the Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for Surry Power Station. The revision included an update to Chapter 17 of the UFSAR which contains the Operational Quality Assurance Program.
During the printing of Chapter 17, several line items were inadvertently deleted from Table 17.2.3, Quality Assurance Records. The attachment to this letter contains one original and ten copies of the correct pages and the instructions for replacing t.hose pages.
