RESCHEDULED MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE ON APPENDIX R ISSUES - SURRY UNITS 1 AND 2 - DOCKET NOS. 50-280, 50-281
Dear Mr. ~'Hanlon:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. McCarthy of your staff and Mr. G. Belisle of this office on November 5, 1997, concerning a meeting requested by this office which was originally scheduled for November 12, 1997.
Per your staff's request, this meeting has been rescheduled for December 4, 1997, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss apparent violations involving inadequate vital bus isolation and breaker coordination of Appendix R Fire Protection equipment, reporting requirements and inadequate corrective actions.
The location of the meeting will be at 61 Forysth St. SW, Atlanta. GA 30303, Room 24T20 on the 24th floor. As discussed in Federal Register. 61 FR 65088, December 10, 1996, predecisional enforcement conferences are now open to the public, and this conference will be open to public observation.
