MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PREDECISSIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE ON APPENDIX R ISSUES - SURRY UNITS 1 AND 2 - DOCKET NOS. 50-280, 50-281
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. D. Christian of your staff and Mr. G. Belisle of this office on October 10, 1997, concerning a meeting requested by this office which has been scheduled for November 12, 1997, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss apparent violations involving inadequate vital bus isloation and breaker coordination of Appendix R Fire Protection equipment, reporting requirements and inadequate corrective actions. The location of the meeting will be at 61 Forysth St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, Room 24T20 on the 24th floor.
As discussed in Federal Register, 61 FR 65088, December 10, 1996, predecissional enforcement conferences are now open to the public, and *this conference will be open to public observation.
