Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. D. Sommers of your staff and Mr. G. Belisle of this office on July 10, 1997, concerning a meeting requested by you which has been scheduled for August 4, 1997, from 10:00 a.m.
to 11:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update on Maintenance Rule activities. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC office, 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Atlanta, Georgia, in room 24T25 on the 24th floor. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
