License No.96-309 RO 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 Virginia Electric and Power Company informed the NRC in our letter dated March 17, 1992 (Serial No. 91-738A), that we would complete the implementation of our station blackout (SBO) modifications by the end of the 1996 Unit 2 refueling outage. The Unit 2 refueling outage was completed on June 6, 1996 and included the final bus tie-ins and testing of the Alternate AC (AAC) power source (i.e., SBO diesel and its associated equipment.)

We are now in full compliance with 10 CFR 50.63.
