50-280 License No.: DPR-32 As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI, Paragraph IWA-6230, enclosed is the lnservice Inspection Summary Report for Surry Power Station Unit 1 for the 1998 refueling outage.
This report provides a summary of the examinations performed during the outage for the third inservice inspection interval.
In accordance with IWA-6220 of ASME Section XI, Attachment 1 includes a Form NIS-1, "Owner's Report for lnservice Inspection~," an examination summary, and abstracts of examinations performed. Attachment 2 includes Forms NIS-2, "Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements."
