We understand that the original transmittal letters, Serial Numbers88-470 and 88-471, were inadvertently destroyed. Therefore we have enclosed replacement transmittal cover letters, Serial Numbers 88-470A and 88-471A, to assist in document control.
The enclosures transmitted with letters88-470 and 88-471 were not destroyed and are, therefore, not included in this submittal.
