88-lOOA 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 Virginia Electric and Power Company letter, Serial 88-100, dated April 26, 1988 requested a change to the Techni ca 1 Specifications to a 11 ow entry into the containment personnel airlock during power operations to make repairs on the inner door of the personnel airlock. This letter supplements the initial submittal by specifying a time limit for entry under the proposed change.
This change has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control staff. It has been determined that the supplemental change is more restrictive and therefore remains bounded by the original submittal's evaluation.
Hence, this supplemental change does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 or a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92.
The application fee for this request was previously forwarded with the initial submittal.
