50-280 50-281 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 Your letter of May 23, 1988 requested additional information on the second IO-year Inservice Inspection Program submitted on April 16, 1987 for Surry Units I and 2.
You requested a response to your questions within 45 days or a schedule for response within 30 days.
This letter identifies our schedule for responding to your request for information.
Surry Unit I has been and continues to be in an extended refueling outage and Unit 2 has been in an outage since May 16, 1988.
Due to work in support of the outages, limited resources are presently available to respond to your request.
Following a review of your questions, we have determined that we can provide a response to your request by September 30, 1988.
Subsequent to your review of our responses, we propose to submit a revision to our Inservice Inspection Program for Surry Units I and 2 so that our program submittals will be current.
