Licensee, now requires certification of training completion, while your staff requires submission of the form no later than 60 days in advance of the examination date, the forms submitted herein are unsigned, and c0nsidered to be "advanced" copies.
It is our understanding that your staff will accept these "advanced" NRG Form 398's on which to base their eligibility review, and that a duplicate set of signed forms can be submitted, no later than two weeks prior to the examination date, when training actually has been completed.
