- 1 wanted to take a moment to thank you for the suggestions you made to improve our nuclear. security plan during your recent inspection at the Surry Power Station.
Your approach to problem solving is refreshing and appreciated by the Security Management Team at Vi rgi_ni a Power.
Your explanations on how to correct and remove extraneous statements in our Security Plan was reviewed at both of our nuclear facilities.
As a result of this review, changes have been incorporated and the plans will be submitted for revision via a 10CFR 50.54 change in the very near future.
This will, no doubt, strengthen the Security Pl.ans at both Surry and North Anna.
Your recommendations to improve our plans are indicative of the cooperative relationship between Virginia Power and the NRC.
I hold this relationship in high regard and constantly seek to improve upon it.
