In your letter, you requested that we provide the information within 30 days of the date of your letter, or January 8, 1988.
We received the letter on December 15, 1987.
Because certain key Appendix R personnel were scheduled to be unavailable during the holiday season, additional time was necessary to provide the information.
We therefore plan to submit the information you've requested by January 22, 1988.
We understand this schedule to be acceptable based on conversations during December 16 and 17, 1987 between Mr. Chandu P. Patel of your staff and Mr. D. A. Sommers of my staff.
