. U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, D. C. 20555 Gentlemen:
VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM SEMl~ANNUAL PERFORMANCE DATA REPORT Serial No.
NURPC Docket Nos.
License Nos.91-089 50-280 50-281 50-338 50-339 DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 NPF-7 Enclosed is the Virginia Electric and Power Company Semi-Annual Fitness for Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data Report for July 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990. This report is submitted pursuant to 1 O CFR 26. 71 (d). includes summaries of management sanctions imposed, actions taken to correct program weaknesses, and events reported to the NRC. Attachment 2 contains the standard FFD data forms for North Anna Power Station, Innsbrook Technical Center (corporate), and Surry Power Station. includes corrected pages from our previous Semi-Annual Performance Data Report which was submitted in a letter (Serial No.90-514) dated August 29, 1990, and supplemented in a letter (Serial No. 90-514A) dated October 19, 1990. The changes, which are highlighted in the margin of each page, are due to individuals being incorrectly classified at the point of collection and an administrative error involving data subtotals. There is no change to the total data results for the six month period ending June 30, 1990.
Very truly yours,
- £P.cW~
