NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3-ERRATA TO AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-80
Dear Mr. Stoddard:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) identified an administrative error in the amended Indemnity Agreement (IA) executed on June 2, 2017, to add Unit 3 to North Anna's existing IA for Units 1 and 2. Specifically, there was a typographical error made in the docket number for Unit 1. As a result, the NRC has reissued the affected page of Amendment No. 9 to the indemnity agreement with the corrected docket number for North Anna Unit 1.
This letter and its enclosure will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding."
