DPR-32 DPR-37 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.7l(e), Virginia Electric and Power Company submits Revision 5 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for the Surry Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
One signed original and ten additional copies of Revision 5 to the UFSAR are enclosed.
Each revision package contains replacement instructions and Revision 5 pages, including overleafs.
The Revision 5 pages replace the existing pages as described in the instructions.
Please be advised that some UFSAR changes, related to station drawings, are not included in this update.
Virginia Electric and Power Company is in the process of revising procedures to improve the quality of the UFSAR figures and these changes are scheduled to be incorporated in the June 1987 update.
As a duly authorized officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company, I hereby certify that the information given in the enclosed Revision 5 of the UFSAR accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal.
